Saadi Sardar
Founder & Managing Partner
Saadi Sardar, the founding and managing partner of Sardar & Co, is a Barrister-at-Law and an Advocate of the High Court of Sindh. He earned his LLB (Hons) from the University of Kent, UK, and was called to the Bar in 2018 by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Upon returning to Pakistan, Mr. Sardar began his legal career at Lawyers for Human Rights and Legal Aid, where he worked with UN Women to help establish the Women Protection Unit. He later joined Sarmad Hani & Co., gaining further experience in litigation and advisory work. In 2021, driven by his passion for legal reform, he founded Sardar & Co, where he leads the firm’s work in civil litigation, public interest law, white-collar crime, and constitutional matters. As a seasoned trial lawyer, he brings strategic insight and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
Faqir Mohammad Arain
Faqir Mohammad Arain, senior partner at Sardar & Co, is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the legal field. He began his career in 1995, has been an Advocate of the High Court since 2000, and is enrolled with the Sindh Bar Council. Mr. Arain specializes in civil, criminal, family, banking, and constitutional law, and has represented a wide range of clients in both trial and appellate courts across Pakistan. At Sardar & Co, Mr. Arain brings his extensive litigation experience and legal acumen to the firm’s diverse legal practice, ensuring the delivery of client-focused solutions while also mentoring the younger associates.

Imran Majeed Arain
Senior Associate
Imran Majeed Arain, holding an LLB and BA from the University of Sindh, is an experienced Advocate of the High Court with over a decade of legal practice. He is enrolled with the District Bar Shaheed Benazirabad, Nawabshah, and has been actively representing clients in the Lower Courts since 2013 and in the High Court since 2016. His areas of practice include civil and criminal law, family disputes, business and banking law, special laws, and alternative dispute resolution. Known for his strong analytical skills, Mr. Majeed delivers client-focused legal solutions across a broad range of matters in Pakistan. At Sardar & Co, he continues to uphold the firm’s commitment to quality advocacy and legal service.
Sadiq Ali
Senior Associate
Sadiq Ali is an Advocate of the High Court and a member of the Sindh Bar Council and Karachi Bar Association. He represents clients in constitutional, civil, and criminal matters before the High Court, Subordinate Courts, and various tribunals across Pakistan. He holds an LLB from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL), Karachi. Prior to joining Sardar & Co in 2021, Mr. Ali worked with leading legal professionals including Senator Farooq H. Naek and at Barrister S. Qaim A. Shah & Associates. He also gained corporate legal experience as a trainee with NBP Funds, focusing on regulatory and financial sector matters. At Sardar & Co, he contributes to both trial and appellate litigation and brings strong skills in legal drafting, research, and case strategy. He is dedicated to delivering client-focused legal solutions across a wide range of practice areas.
Umer Shariq
Associate
Umer Shariq holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London and is an Advocate enrolled with the Sindh Bar Council. He represents clients before the District and Subordinate Courts of Sindh and supports the firm’s Partner in High Court legal proceedings. His work focuses on legal research, drafting, contract reviewing, and client advisory support in civil and commercial law. Mr. Shariq plays an active role in delivering reliable legal services to individuals, businesses, and institutions across Pakistan.

Hadiyyah Sardar
Hadiyyah Sardar holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and is currently pursuing an LLB from the University of London. She previously worked as a content developer at Sardar & Co, authoring legal articles for the firm’s website and online platforms. Her academic background and experience in education, special needs teaching, and volunteer outreach, allows her to produce clear, engaging, and socially aware legal communications. At Sardar & Co, she brings a unique blend of creativity, research skill, and cross-disciplinary insight to the firm’s content strategy and public engagement.
Ayan Rind
Associate
Ayan Rind completed his LLB from the University of London in 2021 and began his legal career at Haider Waheed & Partners. He joined Sardar & Co in 2023, bringing experience in litigation strategy and client advisory services. In 2024, he completed his LL.M. in International Commercial Law and Arbitration from the University of Hertfordshire before rejoining the firm. Mr. Rind regularly appears before courts and provides his expertise on commercial and corporate law, civil and constitutional litigation, public interest cases, and criminal defence. Moreover, he also provides his services to international clients seeking legal representation in Pakistan. He is enrolled with the Sindh Bar Council and is a member of the Sindh High Court Bar Association and Karachi Bar Association. .

Ramiz
Ramiz manages the court filings, case listings, and document submissions at the District Courts and various Tribunals.
Mujeeb
Mujeeb oversees essential filings and logistics for the High Court, as well as key Tribunals. He is responsible for maintaining updated cause lists, court filings, case fixations, and coordinating with court and tribunal staff.

Rehman ensures that the office runs smoothly every day to keep our legal operations efficient.
